It is shown the world over every single season.

Clubs in turmoil, no matter the players struggle. Clubs ran well and happy from top to bottom thrive.

We are a club in turmoil. AT THE TOP. AND RIGHT AT THE TOP.

And it is showing on the pitch.

    Boardroom.

Sort yourselves out. ALL OF YOU

Derby appear to be bucking the trend. In utter turmoil but their players still putting up a fight, unlike ours.

The club is just one in their business portfolio. No connection with the town, the fans, the people of Barnsley. A sad state of affairs indeed.

To be fair, every game is a free hit for their players. No pressure as everyone now expects them to go down so results don't really matter. And their still getting their nice fat pay packets every week plus the odd win bonus here and there!

I wasn't referring just to one section of the owners.

    I referenced ALL OF THEM

20% of the club is exactly a connection to the town, a fan, a person of Barnsley.

This entire debacle over the ground, the court crap, is a direct result of split ownership.

Too many fingers in pies. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians.

The club is a shambles right from the top.

And the buck stops with all that own it. Every single one of them. Not just a portion of them. All of them

Talking to a mate who is a Derby fan. He says it is a joy to be a supporter of the Club at the moment. Bags of adversity followed by ....more adversity and yet the whole Club is really pulling together because everyone connected with it - from the Boardroom to the Laundry ladies, actually give a t0ss. Evidence. Turned over Bournemouth and held Fulham. Extraordinary results bearing in mind what has happened to them. I'd give a lot for just 10% of that spirit.

No idea. Not seen any articles of association or anything that says how and who makes decisions.

It's typically what a board room does.

Having one 5th isn't something I'm particularly pointing out. But that one 5th is still part of the power struggle of ownership and within all this shower of split ownership. No matter how people try and defend him

It's the 80% mob who seem to want to wriggle out of the agreement they made in purchasing the club. That dispute, and we don't really know the rights and wrongs of it, is casting a shadow over everything. The ground can't be repaired, improved or developed in any way, they're even considering taking the club out of the town. It's utterly shambolic and as you rightly say, it's affecting the whole atmosphere with the fans. It's doesn't feel like my club any more, just a business caught up in legal wranglings.

Given that 4/5 are a group of other people, the Cryne 20% could possibly be the largest single share. I don’t think he is, because I believe Chien is the majority shareholder within the 80%. But I wouldn’t be surprised to find the Cryne’s hold the 2nd largest chunk.

The ownership of the club is 100% BFC Investment Company, the only shareholder with greater than 25% and less than 50% in that entity is Chien Lee. The Cryne holding is 20% in BFC investment Chien Lee must hold a minimum of 25% of BFC Investments. From the disclosure no other shareholder owns more than 25% of BFC Investments.

So the Cryne’s are very likely the 2nd largest shareholder?

Completely agree with you nezbfc having been involved at a decent level promotions are built on everyone involved in the club pulling in the same direction, relegation seasons sees not only fragmentation of players on the pitch but everyone who is involved at a club, the longer this goes on the harder it is to Change. Unfortunately for us
